Kaeli Espinoza is the Executive Administrative Assistant to Doane Liu, Executive Director of the City Tourism Department (CTD). Prior to joining CTD, Kaeli started her city career in the Department of Fire and Police Pensions, serving as a Senior Administrative Clerk in the Investments Division. She graduated from California State University, Dominguez Hills with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
